Underneath its robust, corrosion resistant exterior, the new “Mobilair 43” portable compressor from KAESER features an array of technical innova-tions. Powered by a four cylinder water-cooled turbo diesel engine, the “Mobilair 43” delivers an impressive 4.2m³/min of quality compressed air with outstanding reliability and efficiency. A 1:1 maintenance-free direct drive coupling links the ultra-quiet engine and large low speed SIGMA Profile airend to ensure minimal sound levels of only 69 dB(A)*, making the “Mobilair 43” one of the quietest portable compressors in its class. Furthermore, KAESER's direct drive system eliminates the transmission losses associated with gear driven units, consequently providing more air for less fuel and extending both motor and airend service life. With an operational weight of less than 750Kg, the unit is compact, easily manoeuvred and service friendly.
Fitted as standard and improving reliability still further, the patented ‘Anti-Frost Control’ greatly reduces air condensate levels and protects air tools against freezing and corrosion. The galvanised compressor bodywork is powder coated to ensure long-term protection from the elements.
Operation is made simple via a single control switch and user-friendly icons whilst excellent component access greatly simplifies servicing and mainte-nance tasks.
