Reliable Compressed Air Drying | |
For most of today’s compressed air applications, effective, reliable air treatment and drying is essential to avoid costly downtime and to protect valuable compressed air systems from damage. However, drying air on a large scale not only demands reliability but also affordability. With years of experience in construction and design of compressed air systems, Kaeser recognises the importance of economical compressed air drying and has developed the new TAH, TBH and TCH series of refrigeration dryers. The units are manufactured in Kaeser's dryer production centre in Gera, Germany, and cater for airflow capacities ranging from 0.35 to 3.50 m³/min at 7 bar. The quality of these dryers is demonstrated by their performance, as each model is designed for optimal condensate separation even under operating conditions with high ambient temperatures. This is made possible with logical refrigeration circuit design, the Kaeser-developed hot gas bypass control and a highly efficient stainless steel heat exchanger featuring stainless steel/copper combination piping. Dependable condensate drainage is ensured via a specially tailored stainless steel separator and a reliable condensate drain. The dryer’s durable steel housing is even treated with a tough powder coating finish to provide outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term value retention. TAH, TBH and TCH series dryers from Kaeser comply with all EN 60204-1 regulation requirements and provide maximum efficiency and reliability. |
