The Kaeser patented Anti-Frost Control is a combination of thermostatic valves which guarantees that the ideal operating temperature is reached and maintained regardless of the weather conditions. This technique has proved thousands of times. Manual switching from summer to winter modus is eliminated, ensuring no mistakes occur when operating. 
First of all, an oil cooler bypass ensures that the ideal operating temperature is reached during a cold start. The large dimensioned cooler with contamination reserve maintains this temperature. This function is standard in all Kaeser Mobilair units. Kaeser Anti-Frost Control prevents unnecessary wear, generates less condensate and prolongs durability of the compressor oil circuit, the compressor oil and the separator cartridge.  The Anti-Frost Control functions so that the ideal operating temperature and consequently the air discharge temperature are adjusted to ambient.
The compressor automatically adjusts to a higher air discharge at ambient temperatures below 20°C, which protects your breakers from freezing up. |
